“Tai Chi Beginners Program for New Students.”
What you get:
This package includes: 24 Tai Chi Classes (expires in 2 months of start date), 2 DVDS (The Tai Chi Stretch and Warm Up & Tai Chi 24 Short Form), and a Tai Chi Association T-Shirt.
This Tai Chi Beginner’s Program is highly recommended but not required to begin Level I Beginner Classes.
In this program you can expect to learn:
- Elementary Tai Chi Principles
- 8 Basic Stances of Tai Chi
- Proper Tai Chi Posture
- The Stretch & Warm-Up Exercises
- Basic Tai Chi Stepping
- More Advanced Tai Chi Posture and Body Mechanics
- Tai Chi Breathing and Breath Coordination (Qigong Exercises)
Students will be taught by Master Michael Paler. For whatever reasons you want to learn Tai Chi, whether it be for overall wellness or healing from an injury or wanting to learn Tai Chi for self-defense, Master Michael will help to guide you in choosing the right course of action for your individual goals.
At the end of your classes, you will have achieved the basics of our Level 1 Introduction.

How do I get started?
You do not need an appointment to come to a class. All the classes on the schedule are beginner classes, so just choose the ones that best suit your own schedule. We offer morning, evening, and Saturday Tai Chi classes.
