Age Requirement for ALL Classes:
Our regular Tai Chi classes are designed for students ages 13 and older. We do not currently offer classes for children under 13. This age requirement helps us maintain the pace, focus, and learning environment our teen and adult students need. We previously offered separate children’s martial arts programs, but we no longer offer them.
