What to Expect

Your beginner session starts with stretching and warm-up exercises, followed by instruction and practice in the Yang Family 108 Form. We’ll guide you step by step as you build your understanding through instruction and practice.

You’ll work on relaxation, posture, balance, coordination, and connecting your movements.

You don’t need to know the movements or memorize the form before joining. Follow along as you learn - there’s no need to master everything at once.
