Place: Cheyenne Mountain State Park, just off 115, across from Ft. Carson Gate. Only 10 minutes south of the school

We will meet at the Prairie Skipper Pavilion (includes restrooms and mini playground with a slide for little kids).
Time: We’ve rented the Pavilion from 9 am to 5 pm, so drop in any time you want. But please RSVP ASAP at Tai Chi Colorado Springs on Facebook, or call 375-8339 and let us know how many are in your group.
Tai Chi Stretch &Warm-Up & Forms starts at 10:00am
Potluck Lunch: 12:00 Noon
Tai Chi Walking with Master Michael Paler starts at 2:00pm
Push Hands starts at 3:00pm
Potluck Lunch: 12:00 Noon: Grills are available: bring you own charcoal. Even though its a Potluck and we’ll be sharing, please bring enough food for yourself, family, or group – enough for lunch, and to last for as many hours as you plan to be at the park. The Picnic area had stainless steel counters and electricity.
Cost: Free – – except for a $7 parking fee per car (pay at park entry booth). so carpooling is recommended. Parking is available in the private parking lot next to the pavilion.
Pets: Dogs are allowed at the pavilion — but not on the hiking trails — and must be kept on a leash at all times.
Nature Adventure: 16 individual hiking trails (from .53 miles to 3.29 miles) totaling 20 miles, which meander through grasslands, gambel oak and pine/fir forests. Spectacular views! The park is meticulously well maintained.
Clothing: Wear or bring appropraite shoes for hiking and extra clothing for unexpected weather changes.. it is Colorado afterall…
