Annual Scholarship Give away
Every Year the Tai Chi Association gives away 2 scholarships. This year we are offering these scholarships for our Kung Fu Teen program.
Two lucky teens one girl, one boy ages 12-15 years old, will receive a one year scholarship valued at $999.00 each.
What you will learn:
Authentic self defense, confidence, self discipline and more through traditional Chinese martial arts.
What we teach:
Xing Yi Quan (Mind/Form Boxing) – A Chinese martial art used by Chinese military, bounty hunters, and body guards for its effective methods in strengthening the body and mind and developing incredible strength for self defense. We teach traditional Xing Yi Quan including 5 fists, 12 animals, solo forms, 2 person drills, and weapons training.
Your responsibility:
As a full time student, you will be expected to come to at least 6 classes a month, and also practice in your own private time. Classes are on Wednesdays & Fridays 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
You will be expected to be courteous and respectful, and assist Master Michael Paler as needed, and help with clean up after classes.
