Friday July 29th
2:00 – 5:30 p.m. Arrival/Welcome/Sign In/Find Your Room & Settle in/Free Time
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Dinner in the Lodge
6:45 – 8:00 p.m. “Unplug” and Connect – with Sifu Michael Paler in the Aspen Lodge

Saturday, July 30th
8:00 – 8:30 a.m. Tai Chi Warm-Up by the Lake – lead by Assistant Instructors
8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Breakfast in the Lodge
10:00-10:30 a.m. Qigong – Shen Yi Qi of Wei Shu Ren (Energy Work)
10:30-11:30 a.m. Imperial Yang Tai Chi – Old Six Roads (Energetics)
11:30 – 12:30 p.m. Free Time is a great time to pamper yourself with some Thai Yoga Bodywork, with Christina Wilson (please pay practitioners for services).
12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Lunch in the Lodge
1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Free Time – Enjoy
2:30 – 3:00 p.m. Tai Chi 108 Long Form – lead by Howard Drossman
3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Advanced Push Hands Training – 2 person training/martial applications
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Cool down – Advanced Push Hands Training review – questions/ answer time.
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Dinner in the Lodge
7:00 – 8:00 p.m Sunset swordplay – Yang 32 Sword Form (please bring your practice sword)

9:45 – 10:15 a.m. Tai Chi Warm-Up by the Lake – lead by Assistant Instructors
10:15 – 11:00 a.m. Tai Chi 108 Long Form – lead by Howard Drossman
11:00 to 12:00 p.m. Tai Chi Partner Work – Drills
12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Lunch in the Lodge
2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Cost $25.00 – Cooking class- Guilt free treats: intro to substituting sugar, flour, and bad fats. With Chef Jessica
3:30 to 4:00 pm. Qigong – Shen Yi Qi of Wei Shu Ren (Energy Work)
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Imperial Yang Tai Chi – Old Six Roads (Energetics)

12:00 – 1:00 p.m. “Re-Enter the Matrix: How to Plug in Again While Keeping Centered,” with Sifu Michael Paler on the Aspen Lodge outdoor porch.

Highway 24 to Edlowe Road. When driving west on the highway, Edlowe Road (County Road 28) is about 2.5 miles from the City Market shopping plaza in the city of Woodland Park and has a left-turn lane. When driving east, Edlowe Road (County Road 28) is about 4.5 miles east of the traffic signal in Divide.
Turn south on Edlowe Road (County Road 28). From the turnoff onto Edlowe Road, proceed 3.2 miles to the Teller County Open Space/Catamount gate. Be careful to stay on the main (paved) road and not turn onto any of the spur roads. Proceed through the gate and past the lakes to the marked parking area.
