These are designed for the serious student to learn and train in solo forms and 2-person energetics, such as the 3 Rings of Yang Jian Hou, and more, through solo and 2-person exercises.
Intensives are designed for individuals who want to gain a concentrated and focused learning experience within a short period of time, typically by immersing themselves in a specific subject or skill set, often requiring a high level of engagement and practice over a condensed timeframe; they are ideal for those looking to advance their knowledge or abilities in a particular area rapidly.
