Friday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

These are designed for the serious student to learn, and train solo forms and 2 person energetics such as Old 6 Roads, 3 Rings of Yang Jian Hou, and more through solo and 2 person exercises.

 

Intensives are designed for individuals who want to gain a concentrated and focused learning experience within a short period of time, typically by immersing themselves in a specific subject or skill set, often requiring a high level of engagement and practice over a condensed timeframe; they are ideal for those looking to rapidly advance their knowledge or abilities in a particular area.
