Class Schedule

 

All Levels Welcome – No contracts to sign!

If you are new to Tai Chi and would like to try out a class, we highly recommend starting with our Tai Chi 108 Form – (Beginner Class) .  This class begins with opening (releasing) and strengthening the joints, fluids and tissues while working on spinal alignments in movement for maximum relaxation and rehabilitation potential.  (Read more about our  Intelligent and Targeted Stretching here).

  • Ages 13 + (most of our students are between the ages of 30 to 85+)

Daytime Tai Chi classes

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
9:45 – 10:45 am  Tai Chi 108 Form – (Beginner Class)
11:00 – 11:30 am  Qigong/Energetics -Old Six Roads Form
11:45 – 12:15 pm  Tai Chi Push Hands

note: (No Push Hands class on Fridays)

Evening Tai Chi Classes

Wednesday  
5:30 – 6:00 pm  Weapons Training – (must have at least 3 months of Tai Chi experience to attend this class)
6:00 – 7:00 pm Tai Chi Push Hands

Thursday  
5:30 – 6:00 pm  Qigong/Energetic’s -Old Six Roads Form
6:00 – 7:00 pm  Tai Chi 108 Form – (Beginner Class)

Friday  
5:30 – 6:00 pm  Weapons Training – (must have at least 3 months of Tai Chi experience to attend this class)
6:00 – 7:00 pm  Tai Chi 108 Form – (Beginner Class)

 

Weekend Tai Chi Classes

Saturday Only

9:45 – 10:45 am  Tai Chi 108 Form – (Beginner Class)

  • Beginner to Intermediate Level Students learn the body mechanics of the structured Yang Cheng Fu Large Frame Form “also known as the 108″ of Yang Style Tai Chi.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Level Students learn the Middle Frame of Yang Family Tai Chi (also known as Old Six Roads) This authentic, private Yang Family form is known as “the secret transmission of Yang Jian Hou” and is exclusive to Imperial Yang Family Tai Chi.
  • Weapons Training –  (must have at least 3 months of Tai Chi experience to attend this class)

World Tai Chi Day – Saturday, April 29 (we will be at America the Beautiful Park, join us there)

Tai Chi Mountain Retreat – Closed Friday August 4th – Friday  August 11th
