Give The Gift Of Health for the Holidays!

This year, Give The Gift Of Health for the Holidays!

Gift-of-Health-1What if…

Instead of buying the usual sorts of store-bought gifts this year (most of which will be forgotten by next year), you could give the people you care about something very very special, something that could help them feel and look amazingly better, something that could help them learn new ways to do everyday things, making daily tasks easier and more enjoyable. but, most of all, something that could actually help heal them.  Perhaps you know a friend or family member who could use a little stress relief.  Or someone recuperating from an injury or illness?

Because Tai Chi is known for its rehabilitative qualities, Tai Chi Gift Certificate can be just that PERFECT gift for so many needs.  For starters, our school offers a UNIQUE, powerful and effective method of relaxation, which is an important key to transforming health in so many ways.

The Tai Chi Association and Master Michael Paler are happy to announce that we now offer a NEW Easy to Follow Qigong Instructional DVD

This year give the Ultimate Gift of Health hands giving a christmas gift

Qigong for Beginners  DVD – $35.00

What is Qigong

The word Qigong (Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words:

Qi is pronounced chee and is usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe.

The word, Gong, means skill that is cultivated through steady practice.

Together, Qigong (Chi Kung) means cultivating energy,  it is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.

Master Michael Paler offers Qigong Classes at the school every Tuesday  – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What are the benefits of doing Qigong exercises?

Qigong  Translated as “breath work” or “energy work,” consists of a half hour of gentle breathing exercises combined with movement.  The purpose is to help relax the mind and mobilize the body’s energy “Qi” to achieve a mind/body connection and all the wonderful health benefits that follow.

Did you know?  Qigong improves circulation by increasing the elasticity of the blood vessels themselves.
